Polestar Pilates Australia is a Registered Training Organisation (RTO) under the Australian Qualification Framework (AQF). Polestar teacher training and certification courses are Government accredited. Our courses run throughout the year in capital cities all over Australia.
Polestar Pilates training and certification courses are also approved by the Pilates Alliance of Australasia (PAA), the peak industry body for the Pilates industry, dedicated to ensuring the highest standards of teaching and latest best practices are upheld.

Cat's journey in Pilates started when she sought relief from spinal arthritis (and the corporate world). What started as a personal healing journey turned into a lifelong passion, leading her to become a Pilates teacher, international presenter, and studio owner.
Cat is committed to maintaining the highest standards in Pilates teaching and training. She's the licensee for Polestar Education Australia, one of the world's best recognised and respected providers of Pilates teacher training.

Cat's expertise is well-recognised. Course Structure and Time Commitment
Each course has a different structure and duration:
- Mat and Reformer: Around 4 to 6 months part-time
- Studio and Rehab: 8 to 12 months, includes full equipment training
- Diploma: Up to 12 months, includes a national qualification under RTO 91620
All formats include online self-paced theory, regular weekend lab sessions, live educator support and a mentoring system to help you stay on track.
Accreditation and Recognition (RTO 91620, PAA)
Polestar is a nationally recognised Registered Training Organisation (RTO 91620). Our Diploma course leads to a Diploma in Pilates and is listed with the PAA (Pilates Association Australia).
You’ll graduate with an industry-recognised qualification that allows you to:
