- Lomi Lomi (Hawaiian Massage)
Each massage is tailored to your needs and can be a combination of any of the above. The length of the session is determined by you and can be either 30, 45, 60 or 90 minutes in length.
Lomi-lomi massage is a form of massage traditionally practiced in Hawaii. Flowing, rhythmic movements of the hands and forearms mimic the patterns of the waves crashing on the shore. Lomi-lomi is a nurturing style of massage that promotes deep relaxation and rejuvenation for body, mind and spirit.
- Charmaine Sofia (Lomi Lomi, remedial, sports, deep tissue) is available Wednesdays 6pm-8pm and Saturdays 8am-1pm.
- Melanie Chung (remedial, sports, deep tissue) is available Tuesdays 9am-1pm pm and Fridays 9am-1pm.
- Luana Reis (remedial, sports, deep tissue) is available Tuesdays 5pm – 8pm and Saturdays 11am-1pm.
