Anna Jackman
Pilates Instructor
Anna’s passion for sports began at a young age, participating in soccer, netball, rowing, and dance. She later competed at both state and national levels in rowing at Pymble Ladies College and Palm Beach Rowing Club. After sustaining a lower back injury from surf-boat rowing, she turned to Pilates to focus on strength and rehabilitation. The experience sparked her passion for Pilates, as she recognised its importance for individuals of all fitness levels in maintaining strength and mobility, allowing them to participate in the activities they love. Anna is dedicated to teaching her clients correct movement techniques to prevent injury while building strength. Her ultimate goal is to help clients develop strength, confidence, and mindfulness, in and outside of the studio.
