Melanie began working in the health and fitness industry in 2013. Starting as a personal trainer before transitioning as a remedial massage therapist.
She grew up on the northern beaches playing a variety of sports. Spending 20 years doing dance (physie) and currently enjoying dragon boat racing and powerlifting. Her love of sport has influenced her belief that we should all strive to move well, without pain or limitation, so that we can pursue the things in life that we truly care about. Whether that’s going for a weekend run, playing with the kids or travelling around the world.
No matter your level of fitness she will work with you to achieve your goals. Anything from helping you improve your movement quality, reduce your pain or help you recover from training.
