How do I get Started?

Sessions will be conducted as privates or duets and are 30 minutes in duration. Reception is now taking bookings for Power Plate sessions. You must do 1-2 privates to learn and feel the basic movement and then progress to duets as they are a fun way to workout. As things progress, we will also be adding small Power Plates and Reformer classes with groups of 4-6.
