Maya is a qualified personal trainer and enthusiastic Pilates instructor. With her warm and friendly demeanour, Maya creates an inviting atmosphere for clients to embark on their fitness journey.
Dance has always been an integral part of Maya’s life, and her passion for movement stems from her background as an avid dancer and former Manly Seabirds Cheerleader of four years and Samba Brazil dancer.
As a dancer, Maya understands the importance of maintaining a strong and flexible body which Pilates allows her to do so.
Maya started practicing Pilates at the age of 15 and quickly discovered its transformative power, both physically and mentally, and she is dedicated to sharing its benefits with her clients.
